PAYMENT CONDITIONS

A confirmation email with tax invoice will be issued within 3 business days for all registrations received. All accounts must be paid within 30 days, or 10 days prior to the conference commencing, whichever is earliest. Payment for earlybird registration must be received by 23 September 2016. Any earlybird registration payment not received by 23 September 2016 will be raised to the standard level. Registrations received within 10 days of the conference must be paid in full by credit card at the time of registration submission.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

We understand that circumstances do change. At any stage prior to the conference, you are welcome to advise the Conference Secretariat, in writing (mm2016@kaigi.com.au) if you would like to nominate a substitute delegate. There is no fee for this. If you do need to cancel your registration, and are not able to nominate a substitute or replacement, a cancellation fee of AUD$110 (inc GST) applies. Please note that cancellations received on/after 19 October 2016 are totally non-refundable. Please note that after a payment has been made, invoices cannot be amended.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS

All accommodation cancellations must be advised in writing to mm2016@kaigi.com.au, and cancellation penalties will be subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation policy. Please refer to the Accommodation section of the registration website or your confirmation email for further information.

DRESS

Smart casual is required when attending the conference sessions and networking functions. The dress code for the Gala Dinner will be advised closer to the date.

NAME BADGE

Please ensure that you wear your name badge at all times, as it is your entry to conference sessions and networking functions.

PRIVACY

Information collected as part of the conference registration process is owned by the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia, and Kaigi Conferencing and Events. We only access information that you voluntarily give us. We will not provide this information to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfil your requests (such as to accommodation providers).

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

By attending Medicines Management 2016, the 42nd SHPA National Conference, registrants consent to be photographed by any means, including still photography and video recording, and grant The Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia the right to use and publish their names, voices and likenesses. No recording by attendees is permitted, and this includes the use of Periscope.
